Weekends and special weeks

Week of the artists’ festival: 940 euros

Weekend + 1 public holiday: 495 euros (Easter, Ascension, Pentecost)

Week of Christmas: 940 euros New Year’s Week: 940 euros

These prices do not include water, electricity, heating or final cleaning.

• Rental guarantee 250 euros for the cottage, refunded after the inventory
• Advance payment: 30% Acting as a booking fee (non-refundable in case of cancellation)
• Balance payment: 5 weeks before the beginning of the stay, or in agreement with the owner and in case of late reservation, on the day of arrival
• Charges for water, electricity, heating : 25 eur per day from mid of April to mid of September, and 35 eur per day from mid of September to mid of April.
• Bedding linen not included
• Final cleaning required : 65 euros
• Pets are allowed : 15 euros as extra charges

• Arrival: from Monday to Friday between 17:00 and 20:00
• Departure: from Monday to Friday before 10/00 and Sunday before 20:00
• Other: To be agreed with the owner

• Maximum number of people: 9 people (children from 0 to 12 years included).
  • The organization of student parties and stag / hen parties are prohibited.
  • Non smoking gîte, corner provided on the outdoor terrace.
  • Compulsory waste sorting, garbage cans and spaces provided for this purpose in the laundry room.
